Sometimes we wake up in a very bad mood
because of all the problems that we have and that we cannot solve and we see
the world as a black hole shattering our dreams. And sure as hell the last
thing that we want to do when we are so depressed is smiling but sometimes a broad smile is the best therapy to combat sadness
and depression. The best way to solve our problems and maybe if everyone will begin to smile even the evil of our world will disappear.
As a rule
people think that we smile because we are happy but this is not always true. In
fact when we smile our bodies release endorphins that improve our mood and make
us happy. So in certain cases we are
happy because we smile. I know that in certain circumstances smiling is
really hard to do and surely I really cannot do it, but on the other hand I
know that there is something in everyone’s life for which it is worth smiling for. It can be a person, a
movie, a pet or a joke heard years before but when we are sad we must think
about that single happy thing that we have in our life to improve our
mood. For example when someone break up
with us the first thing that we want to do is crying and eat chocolate and ice-cream
even if these things will damage our skin. Instead if we smile not only our
mood will improve but also our look.
Furthermore a smile
is infectious. So when we smile at the world, the world will smile at us
and our problems will disappear and we will not have any reason to be sad. And
if we have not any reason to be sad we will smile more and so on. Quoting a
song written by Bob Marley “ when you worry your face will frown and that will
bring everybody down” so we have to smile not only for ourselves but also for
people around us because if we live in a smiling world the possibility to be
sad decreases and everything would be better.
In conclusion
smiling is a way to improve our mood, our look and our world and even if you
are sad if you smile everything will be better.
